Quy Mill is a quality Cambridge venue for conferences and events, with a range of flexible function rooms, plenty of outside space, and ample free parking.
We specialise in residential and day conferences, meetings, team building activities (both indoor and outdoor) and product launches. Our banqueting facilities can cater for weddings, charity balls, corporate entertaining, sports dinners, family occasions, barbeques and much more.

A range of flexible function rooms
Our six function rooms vary in character and atmosphere. The largest is the Waterwheel room, which features the unique 16 ft undershot waterwheel behind glass viewing panels. There are three purpose-built bright and airy rooms overlooking the tended waterside gardens and two smaller rooms.
Conference equipment
Several of the function rooms can be used in conjunction with each other as they join our vaulted lounge and function bars. A variety of layouts can be arranged to suit your requirements including theatre style, boardroom, banqueting, U shape, or classroom layout.
The larger rooms are air conditioned and have central floor level power and telephone points with internet connection capability. Most rooms have blackout curtains or blinds, lighting that can be dimmed and power points.
Equipment such as television, video, LCD projectors and screens is available on request.
